Reports Of Power Outages In Oakland Hills Before Midnight During 2019 Powerdown Just saw a Facebook report that the power was out at the home of a friend of mine from Skyline High School days. She and her family live in the Oakland Hills above the Montclair District. Also there is a PG&E Resource Center set up at Merritt College in the Oakland Hills Off Redwood Road. Residents can come to use that facility if the power goes out. It had restrooms and charging stations and water. Stay tuned.
