Amy Pascal Sony Pictures Co-Chair Steps Down Amy Pascal has stepped down from her position as Sony Pictures Co-Chair after the Sony Hackers release of emails she wrote - one that made racially insensitive fun of President Barack Obama. This is a sad day for anyone who wants to see more women in power roles in Hollywood. I am not saying Amy should stay just because she is a woman but I expect her to be more sensitive to others who represent under-represented groups in Hollywood.
