The Zombie Walk San Diego Comic Con Rep Needs PR Lessons - Video
The Zombie Walk San Diego Comic Con Rep Needs PR Lessons Ok folks. Remember my vlog from San Diego Comic Con 2019 where I along with others were waiting for the Zombie Walk that, as it turned out for us, never happened? Well, on Twitter, the account that claims to represent the event contacted this vlogger, but not to explain what happened; that person’s intent was to be mean. They claimed my video, which they did not watch, had to be from another year and not 2019. Then they proceeded to be insulting. Note, that mean approach was the person’s first method of contact. There was not only no attempt to explain what happened. There were others who also said that they could not find the event. But the Zombie Walk person was nice to them; not me. Maybe it’s a race issue with that person? Whatever. The bottom line is the San Diego Police drove around and told people that the event was not happening there at that time. They didn’t know when it was happening. “If it happens at all, it will be over there and not here,” one officer said. So the organizer of the Zombie Walk San Diego didn’t even inform the San Diego Police what the deal was. Given that, that person has only themselves to blame for the confusion. Don’t blame this vlogger. That approach on social media was all kinds of wrong. Handle your business correctly Zombie Walk San Diego. Stop blaming others. Stay tuned.
