Mayor Harris talked about how the Warriors would do in San Francisco. He expressed his objection to the Oakland A's at Howard Terminal, preferring them at the Oakland Coliseum. Then he talked about how Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf could be a better leader of our city. In baseball terms, Elihu Harris covered the bases.
