Darren Allison will remain as the Assistant Chief of Police. Captain Christopher Bolton will be promoted to Deputy Chief of Police and will be assigned to the Bureau of Field Operations Area 1. Captain Nishant Joshi will be promoted to Deputy Chief of Police and will be assigned to Bureau of Field Operations Area 2. Moving the department into full compliance with the settlement agreement is one of my top priorities. But in order to achieve that goal, it requires a cultural change within the organization.
