Oakland Fox Theatre Has Been Dark For One Year To March 13th 2020 Due To The Pandemic The place that The City of Oakland revived with the help of Phil Tagami (known for more than coal in Oakland and Insight Terminal Solutions) has been closed for its longest period of time since its grand reopening February 9th 2009 and captured here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z-5GjCI-pdc It was closed March 13, 2020. I wonder if anyone is checking out the interior to make sure there’s no damage or vandalism? Stay tuned.
