Jameis Winston Walks At Demario Davis Event Week After Devin White Horse Collar Tackle, Knee Injury Proving that he not going to let a knee injury that was the result of Tampa Bay Buccaneers Linebacker Devin White’s horse collar tackle stop him from supporting his New Orleans Saints teammates, star quarterback Jameis Winston appeared at Saints Linebacker Demario Davis Devoted Dreamers Foundation Event Monday Night. Said to have a Joe Burrow-type knee injury, Winston (I am told) is due for surgery in two weeks. But whereas Winston was carted off the field and needed help initially, then danced with crutches in the locker room celebrating the win against the Bucs that Sunday, he walked (though gingerly) at Davis’ event. Given that Winston has a road map to follow in recovering in the Cincinnati Bengals Burrow, it will be interesting to keep track of his return to the playing field with The Saints. Stay tuned.
